- Experience in Food Supply and/or Demand Planning operations in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes sound knowledge and practical experience in working with food.
- High level communication skills including the ability to communicate to people at all levels and effectively communicate key messages both verbally and in writing.
- Proven capacity to contribute to and implement supply chain initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands, work independently and escalate as appropriate, and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Powerpoint) and CBORD or the proven ability to learn new software or applications.
- Deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
