- Please detail your experience in monitoring, analysing and reporting on financial performance including interaction with stakeholders?
- Give an example of a time you have had to advise a senior staff member regarding a complex financial accounting issue, complying with all policies and procedures and Australian Accounting Standards. Describe the situation, the steps you took to coach and mentor the staff member and the outcome was.
- Using an example, describe how you manage your own workload and the workload of others to ensure that deadlines are met when there are multiple, competing stakeholder demands. In your example, identify what strategies and approaches you utilised and what was the final result.
