  1. Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting; CA or CPA qualifies (or nearing completion) with Relevant Financial and Management accounting skills.  Current membership of a professional accounting body with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  2. Demonstrated highly developed and effective experience in management accounting within a large, complex organisation, using computerised financial accounting, budgeting and management reporting systems
  3. High level skills in Oracle R12, Hyperion (SMRS) MIS and MS Office
  4. Demonstrated highly developed experience in the development, analysis, monitoring and reporting of financial budgets, forecasts and business plans
  5. Demonstrated high level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to pro-actively improve business performance
  6. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement quality improvement and efficiency improvement projects
  8. Demonstrated ability to prepare complex written documents including briefs, letters, reports, referral notes.
