- Recognised qualifications in a social science or health related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively interpersonally and professionally during liaison, consultation, training education, or program promotion and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional and clearly written accurate reviews reports, project plans, written correspondence, training and educational presentations
- Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of youth empowerment, cultural diversity, recovery model of care and working collaboratively with professional and non-professional key stakeholders and service partners
- Demonstrated experience working with children and/or young people and their families with special health or social needs
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation, quality improvement process, recording activity, reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation, quality improvement process, recording activity, reporting
- Knowledge or understanding of NSW Family Focused Recovery Framework 2020-2025 and demonstrated understanding of MH consumer rights and responsibilitie
