- Membership of the Institute of Hospital Engineering, Australia (NSW branch) or other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services, including building, electrical, high voltage and HVAC services across a large and complex facility.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of building installations and refurbishment projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Building Codes of Australia (BCA), Australian Standards, codes of practices and regulations applicable to asset and facility management.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision, task delegation, monitoring workflow and performance and contributing to a positive work culture to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills including the use of Microsoft software and computer database systems.
- Current drivers licence with willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
