What you'll be doing
As the Administrative Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Oral Health Network Office. You’ll manage communications, coordinate meetings and events, and support key administrative processes.
Manage email correspondence and information flow
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and diary schedules
Provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain payroll updates and process transactions in Oracle
Assist with documentation, minute-taking, and system updates

Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload, be flexible and show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity
Ability to work within a diverse team in a rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated skills with evidence of capacity to review and vet responses to issues and in maintaining strict confidentiality
Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters
Experience in using Outlook and HPE, HealthRoster, and Oracle together with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
Demonstrated experience working in a complex health care or public sector setting relevant to the role.
