About the Role
Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services.
This role provides a senior level of administrative support and secretarial services to the Director’s by coordinating, managing and assisting with administrative, professional and personnel functions that affect the Unit.
The position requires the occupant to undertake a range of multi-faceted functions including the monitoring and reporting of financial expenditure, investigating anomalies, supervising staff, coordinating clerical work flow and the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, and liaising and communicating effectively with support services.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role/position at a senior administrative assistant level.
- Ability to multitask and offer a full range of highly developed secretarial/organisational skills whilst maintaining flexibility.
- Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a complex work environment with minimal supervision. This includes ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities in a busy multidisciplinary work environment.
