Essential Requirements


To be considered for advancement please submit a cover letter addressing how you meet the essential requirements.

 

  1. Extensive experience in a senior administrative role in managing multiple administrative tasks for a large executive group;

  2. Demonstrated ability to proactively and autonomously manage competing appointments and schedules of a large executive group;

  3. Proven effective communication and relationship management skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;

  4. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage conflict and negotiate and consult to achieve the desired outcome while dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues.



NOTE:


  • Health Infrastructure will be relocating to St Leonard’s in August 2020. Our new location will be within walking distance to St Leonard’s train station.

  • Health Infrastructure supports a flexible work policy that best suits the circumstances of the individual and Health Infrastructure.
