eRIC Application Specialist (CNS2) - ICU - Port Macquarie Base Hospital - Temp Full Time

1. Demonstrated ability in developing resources and providing end user training, education and support on the clinical information systems utilized in a critical care environment

2. Demonstrate a good understanding of clinical information system concepts and their application in health care, by the proven ability to create, analyse, interpret and report data/information from a range of critical care sources

3. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post -registration qualifications and considerable experience working in the critical care clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, set priorities and effectively meet pre-determined targets and deadlines.

5. Demonstrated critical care knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development

6. Demonstrated ability in leading and initiating and reviewing activities to improve service delivery and patient clinical outcomes

7. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills

8. Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
