Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.

Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse with a passion for delivering quality care to older Australians? Nepean Hospital is looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse – Case Manager to join our supportive aged care team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents and clients. This position on offer is 2 days per week in a Temporary part time role until June 2026.

As an Enrolled Nurse – Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing care plans for our aged care clients, ensuring services are person-centred, culturally appropriate and aligned with best practice standards. You’ll work closely with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams and care staff to support optimal health outcomes and wellbeing.
