What you'll be doing
Join our health service team to deliver individualised, high-quality care that maximises patient outcomes. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support a holistic approach to nursing care while ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
- Provide excellent patient care in accordance with ANCSI and WSLHD policies
- Assist in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care to achieve clinical outcomes
- Promote holistic care focused on individual patient needs and rights
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with legal and ethical standards

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
