Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 8.1 & 10), Apple iOS, a wide range of end user devices/hardware and Microsoft 365 applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune and WorkspaceOne and experience in image deployment, application packaging and package deployment
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a proven customer orientation
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands, meet service level targets and perform well under pressure
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and Desktop support experience
- Knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with incident management and service request management practices
- An Australian Class C unrestricted driver’s licence
