- Relevant health related tertiary qualification and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and 3-5 years clinical experience in the area of self-care and mobility prescriptions and health service delivery.
- Demonstrated expert skills, knowledge and experience in self-care and mobility equipment assistive technology (for example beds / mattresses, power / manual wheelchairs, bathing / toileting, transfer aids) and proven ability to work in a high volume demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports and proven high interpersonal skills to effectively engage, negotiate and collaborate to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence based practice funding criteria and related procedures including the ability to monitor, evaluate and make recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
