eMR Clinical Application Specialist (Senior Analyst)

Selection Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in supporting ICT services in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience with clinical processes (such as emergency, inpatient, outpatient, operating theatre and/or community health services).
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of complex computerised clinical information systems.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in problem identification, analysis and resolution in a multi-user clinical information system.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of staff including clinical staff, management and technical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in documenting procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team as required.
