Electrician/Maintenance Officer
- Trade qualified Electrician with >6 years post trade experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical plant/equipment and distributions systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn of Australian Standards relating to electrical installations in hospitals, with the ability to acquire new skills & keep up to date with Trade developments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of or willingness to learn NSW Health Procurement system, and NSW Health asset management tool AFM Online.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and as a member of a team.
- Experience in scheduling maintenance requests in a commercial environment and providing confidential administration support services to a team.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with department managers and staff.
- Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
