- Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent, or AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or Social Work qualification which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in eating disorders service provision with a patient/consumer-focused care.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership to enhance the multidisciplinary team process and in providing clinical supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in providing consultation and experience in engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in and leadership of the implementation and evaluation of service delivery using the quality improvement framework for successful clinical service delivery and redesign.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrated personal resilience.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated sound organisational skills and the ability to be resourceful, proactive and flexible, to ensure successful management of competing demands and deadlines.
