  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience in a relevant area.
  2. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  3. Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services.
  4. Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills, including ability to communicate and progress sensitive information and issues with integrity and empathy.
  5. Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets).
  6. Demonstrated experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of diversity, equity and inclusion and culture change programs, initiatives and projects.
  7. Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
  8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required.
