District Manager - Mental Health Community Services - Location Negotiable - Perm Fulltime

1. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in a relevant field in a large and diverse service industry organisation, including relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent.
2. Proven ability to provide leadership and management expertise at a senior level.
3. Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to address complex organisational issues using high level analytical, critical appraisal and problem solving skills.
5. Demonstrated highly developed computer skills utilising varied and appropriate computer applications including word processing, data management systems, spreadsheets and information systems.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary community mental health care in a public health setting.
7. Excellent strategic planning, policy development, and effective management in a complex, multi-disciplinary and evolving mental health environment.
8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required.
