- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in a relevant field in a large and diverse service industry organisation, including relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide leadership and management expertise at a senior level.
- Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to address complex organisational issues using high level analytical, critical appraisal and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated highly developed computer skills utilising varied and appropriate computer applications including word processing, data management systems, spreadsheets and information systems.
- Proven experience as a change leader capable of developing innovation and affecting change at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects with conflicting timelines and to work effectively and autonomously.
- Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required
