- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Extensive senior leadership experience in workforce strategy, organisational development, and HR service delivery
- In-depth knowledge of public sector employment legislation and regulatory frameworks, particularly in health services
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster a high-performing, inclusive workforce
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including working with executive teams, unions, and external partners
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate workforce challenges and implement effective HR solutions
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, workforce planning, and industrial relations
