- Relevant Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) with Post Graduate Perfusion Qualification and current Certification with the Australasian Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
- Extensive experience working in a senior role as an accredited certified pefusionist.
- Evidence of relevant research with publications and presentations.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring perfusion students.
- Professional, demonstrating honesty and integrity in the workplace.
- Ability to manage a perfusion department of staff, equipment and other resources effectively.
