Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Registered Nurse Level 1 with current National Registration with APHRA and current unrestricted NSW drivers licence (Class C)
- Appropriate post graduate tertiary management qualification or working towards
- Broad clinical and operational management experience at a senior level within a complex health care environment including strategic planning and the development and implementation of business / operational plans
- Demonstrates leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff including the ability to develop a culture within the organisation which is open to critical reflection and change
- Demonstrated experience in financial and resource management including the ability to assess nursing resource utilisation
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary management team
- Experience in managing projects within a complex health care environment
- Computer literacy, ability to trend and interpret data and competent information seeking skills
