Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife Division 1 with current National Registration with APHRA and current unrestricted Drivers' Licence (Class C).
- Appropriate post graduate qualification or working towards
- Broad clinical and operational management experience at a senior level within a complex health care environment including strategic planning and the development and implementation of business / operational plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate inspire and organise staff to achieve organisational performance indicators and professional outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in financial and resource management at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary management team
- Experience in managing projects within a complex health care environment
- Computer literacy, ability to trend and interpret data and competent information seeking skills.
