Selection Criteria 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated senior operational experience in the provision of maternity services.
  3. Well-developed leadership skills, a strategic orientation and substantial management experience at a senior level.


Target Questions: 

  1. Describe your leadership style and approach to working in an environment with competing priorities, high-urgency and pressures while maintaining high standards of work and timely responses. Provide an example of how you have done this.
  2. Provide an example of a major project you have led where you had to work across units/branches/agencies to deliver outcomes. How was this project complex and what did you consider were the key factors in the successful management of the project?
