About the Role

No two days are the same in this dynamic and impactful role. As the Director Corporate Governance, you will oversee and mentor a team of subject matter experts, ensuring consistency and clarity across the group. You’ll be embedded in key projects from the outset Integrating governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ICAC, the NSW Ombudsman, and GIPA legislation.

Your role will involve working closely with senior leaders, driving effective change, and maintaining strong governance to support the Chief Executive and the wider district. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring staff understand their responsibilities while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency.
