SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Degree in Medical Radiation Science - Medical Imaging (or equivalent), which will allow eligibility for membership of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT).
- Current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Demonstrate independent and significant professional knowledge and judgement to acquire and exhibit competency in all appropriate clinical tasks.
- Participation in a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program and a willingness to continue further education.
- A licence to operate radiation apparatus as issued by the NSW EPA.
- Current Class C driver's licence and / or the ability to attend remote sites in a timely manner by other forms of transport.
- A willingness and commitment to participate in a rotating roster as part of a professional imaging team.
