What you'll be doing
Responsible for a diverse range of functions in support of the delivery of NSW Health Pathology solutions including:
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable code within a DevSecOps environment.
- Contribute to modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions for reporting, dashboards, and real-time clinical insights.
- Apply best practices in software engineering to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated work experience relevant to the role, along with a commitment and passion to ongoing professional development.
- Practical experience with cloud solutions, API based integration and system communications.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform to undertake the development and maintenance of databases and analytical models with data.
- High level development skills including data visualisation skills, TypeScript, Angular and Java software development.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, mapping and migration.
- Customer focused approach displaying high level communication, liaison and negotiation skills, along with proven ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, to achieve best outcome for the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in the delivery of results and quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Ability to be flexible and participate in on call roster as required.
