Selection Criteria:

  1. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  2. Demonstrated superior analytical and technical problem solving and Incident management skills
  3. Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or Desktop support experience in a complex environment
  4. Proven ability to perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  5. In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (XP - 10), Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Application packaging and SCCM Application Deployment, and Exchange\Outlook
  6. Up to date working knowledge of a wide range of computer technologies including desktop hardware and peripherals, Citrix XenApp, SOE management (including Image deployment).
  7. Full Australian Class-C Driver License
