  1. Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. Extensive clinical specialty experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex physiotherapy caseload.
  3. Demonstrated excellent skills and experience in leadership and management, including experience with financial, risk, staff supervision and workforce management.
  4. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ability to implement evidence based practice.
  5. Demonstrated leadership, skills and experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement, research and service development activities.
  6. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrated effective leadership and time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  8. Advanced level of clinical knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following clinical areas: Acute/Cardiopulmonary, Musculoskeletal/Ambulatory Care, Aged Care/Rehabilitation/Neurosciences, Paediatrics/Women’s Health
