- Minimum of three years Hospital Pharmacist experience and current AHPRA Registration as a Pharmacist.
- Experience in Hospital Pharmacy Management, Staff Rostering, Supervision and provision of Staff Education.
- Extensive experience in Clinical Pharmacy and a demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
- Experience in Medication Related Safety and Quality Initiatives and Standards and the ability to apply these to contemporary pharmacy practice.
- Demonstrated ability to use both written and verbal communication to clearly and concisely interact with both patients and a multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to overcome difficult situations or problems in the workplace.
- Demonstrated abilities to gather and analyse data for financial and operational performance of the department and suggest improvement strategies
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
