Deputy Chief Radiographer
Selection Criteria:
- Hold a degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent qualification.
- Hold a NSW EPA Radiation Licence to operate radiation apparatus and registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with Australian Health Professionals Registration Authority (AHPRA)
- Demonstrate ability to supervise radiographic staff and manage resources allocation to ensure efficient and effective clinical service delivery and compliance with Department policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of Hospital and Medicare Accreditation.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, interaction skills.
- Demonstrate effective use of Health Roster and other relevant management systems.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, analytical and in problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate experience in participation, development and implementation of CT scanning protocols and training programs.
