We are looking for our next Dental Clinic Manager, enjoy work life balance as this modern dental clinic manager, supporting transformative change and nurturing more recent graduates.

Remuneration: Total full-time package of $181,403 - consisting of $136,108 (Year 1) to $143,416 (Year 2) per annum, 11% superannuation contributions, $20,000pa dentist incentive, and $7,319pa management allowance 
Position Classification: Dental Officer Level 2 with management allowance.

As Clinic Manager, you will lead and support practitioners within your clinic. About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post registration in Australia or equivalent. (AHPRA registration is obligatory.)

  • Adequate experience as a general practitioner dentist to perform the full range of duties and manage dental health problems of greater than usual difficulty.
  • Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated sound clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrated application of current concepts in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team setting.
  • Evidence of ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated computer skills for clinical and associated applications.\
