Dental Officer - Clinic Lead

About the role


This role is suitable for a dentist with some clinical experience looking for a career opportunity in leading clinical service provision in a small rural clinic, including mentoring of junior clinicians.

Working hours – Monday – Friday (38hours/week)

The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District has a supportive and friendly culture. The clinical team includes Dental Officers, Oral Health Therapists, Dental Assistants and a Specialist Oral Surgeon.

The Parkes Community Dental Clinic is a modern 3 chair dental clinic. The position will also service the 2 chair Forbes Community Dental Clinic and other outreach locations. The Parkes Community Dental Clinic provides both urgent and comprehensive oral health care to eligible adults and children.
