How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:

  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent work experience. Dental Assisting Certificate IV required for appointment at Grade 2.
  • Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or demonstrated capacity and commitment to work toward achieving this qualification.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate well to adults, children and other health professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in infection control, instrument reprocessing and dental assisting.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan own work, manage priorities, use initiative and to problem solve.
  • Effective computer skills for communication and use of dental patient administration and management systems (eg: Titanium). Proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
  • Class C drivers licence with the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
