Supporting women across the Newcastle area, we are seeking an experienced Data Officer to join our team in Waratah 4 days per week! 

Remuneration:
$36.45 - $37.29 Per Hour + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Working within our small team of four, we are seeking an experienced administrative professional who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys problem solving and has proven experience with high-quality data entry. If you've got a passion for excel spreadsheets and data analysis, we want to hear from you!


Within this part-time opportunity, you will be responsible for:
  • Data entry for breast screening patients and clinicians, including entering pathology reports 
  • Compiling reports and information for weekly meetings
  • Auditing information in the database to provide accurate reports and numbers to management 
  • Producing letters to patients and clinicians regarding appointments and results 

The Data Officer is required to comply with all the requirements of the BreastScreen Australia Nation Accreditation Standards 2022 (NAS), including security, confidentiality and data quality.
