About the Role
- Manage data integrity processes for Emergency Admitted, Non-Admitted and HERO data collections across all hospitals, facilities and services in the MNCLHD.
- Ensure activity targets are met by maximise the completeness and quality of activity data entry.
- Provide regular feedback to staff across the district regarding data entry practices.
- Maintain effective relationships with local, state and Ministry stakeholders including representing the MNC on state-wide meetings, to ensure Health system’s priorities are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data collection business rule to operationalise and ensure compliance with MoH policies, procedures, standards and practices for the district.
- Provide a professional level of data related in-services to staff across the MNCLHD.
- Oversee the month-to-month management of data collection aspects of the district, maximising data quality for a wide array of purposes.
- Oversee the appropriate use of data within reports, particularly data elements calculated outside the source system.
About You
You will need tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and practices as well as review, analyze and improve practices associated with data collections used within a complex health organisation.
Are you able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills including providing feedback, education and coaching to a wide variety of stakeholders with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers along with demonstrated proficiency in time management and organisational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision, organise workload, set priorities to effectively meet pre-determined targets and deadlines.
