  1. Previous experience working in a Customer Service Desk environment for a large, complex organization, or a similar position in a shared services environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to handle concurrent activities of a diverse nature in a Customer Service Desk environment, with an ability meet strict deadlines.
  3. Previous experience working with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), recruitment system, Finance systems, medical system and Procurement/Logistic systems, Microsoft packages such as email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing applications; experience of using Oracle based systems would be highly regarded.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated excellence with interpersonal and relationship management skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of managers and staff as well as external partners.
  5. High level organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature in a Shared Service transactional environment, with the ability meet strict deadlines.
  6. Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries.
  7. Evidence of being an effective team player with a capacity to be flexible, motivated and to participate in an inclusive Shared Services team that services a wide and varied geographical client base.
