Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in workplace culture and behaviour change
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex service
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels
- Demonstrated ability to coach and facilitate effective discussions with a diverse range of staff
- Knowledge of clinical service provision and culture within clinical teams
- Excellent project planning and practical implementation skills with the ability to make complex judgements, identify new opportunities and use initiative within the delegated area
- Highly developed and effective written communication skills, with skills in the suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Current NSW driver's licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position
