Selection Criteria:

  1. Proven experience in workplace culture and behaviour change
  2. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex service
  3. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels
  4. Demonstrated ability to coach and facilitate effective discussions with a diverse range of staff
  5. Knowledge of clinical service provision and culture within clinical teams
  6. Excellent project planning and practical implementation skills with the ability to make complex judgements, identify new opportunities and use initiative within the delegated area
  7. Highly developed and effective written communication skills, with skills in the suite of Microsoft Office applications
  8. Current NSW driver's licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position
