Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (up to 12 months) and Temporary Full Time (up to 6 months)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2 / Health Manager Level 3
Remuneration: 
Health Manager Level 2: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
Health Manager Level 3: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 16 – 24 hours per week (up to 3 days per week) and 38 hours per week

Location: Sky Central, Charlestown or 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards with flexible working arrangements available


The Opportunity

In this position, you'll support our organisational development efforts by providing strategic guidance and support to enhance skills, capabilities, and performance at both individual and team levels. You will work directly with senior leaders and the broader People and Culture team to contribute to achieving HealthShare NSW's strategic objectives.

 

The primary focus of this role is to strategically partner with business leaders from a large, operational portfolio, offering specialised advice on culture, engagement, and organisational development strategies. You will also be required to coach senior leaders and facilitate leadership discussions, to support the development and success of our business.
