About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Culture & Organisational Development Partner to play a key role in shaping the future of eHealth NSW.

As a proactive all round and natural go-getting, you'll lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of organisational development (OD) initiatives that enhance individual, team, and organisational capability. By partnering closely with stakeholders, you’ll contribute to building a high-performing, adaptive, and engaged workforce that supports our strategic priorities and drives meaningful impact across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence cultural change, strengthen leadership capability, and support transformational growth within in a purpose-driven environment dedicated to advancing healthcare through technology.



In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to deliver high impact OD initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, culture and engagement.
  • Drive the implementation of eHealth NSW’s culture development plan including supporting engagement surveys and translating insights into practical, tailored interventions that foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Design and deliver impactful development experiences across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders, using contemporary approaches like the 70:20:10 model to promote experiential learning and capability growth.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture peers and leaders across the organisation to co-design and embed effective OD strategies that align with business needs, support talent and workforce development, and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide expert coaching to people leaders to enhance skills in communication, culture-building, customer service, people management, and overall performance, enhancing leadership impact and capability at all levels.


About You

We’re on the lookout for someone with the passion, drive, and skills to help us grow our people and culture, someone who truly embodies the NSW Health CORE values and our organisational DNA.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline – or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience designing and leading organisational development, culture, and employee experience initiatives, including change management and learning & development programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
  • A passion for positive workplace culture, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining focused on delivering high-impact outcomes.
