About the Opportunity
Join SDPR as a Cross Stream Program Manager and play a key role in delivering a state-wide digital health record solution that transforms healthcare across NSW. You'll lead and manage complex, high-impact projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with program timelines, scope, and quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, risk and quality oversight, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the health sector. You'll drive progress, manage risks and issues, and lead cross-functional teams to support the success of the SDPR program.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of SDPR program or LHD/SHN readiness activities, managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from business case and resourcing to budgeting and reporting—for high-quality, on-time outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing strategies to monitor, evaluate, and enhance delivery—ensuring effective risk management, benefits realisation, and measurable impact.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver key milestones, including readiness and go-live activities for the SDPR program.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful, on-time delivery across all project phases.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, skilled negotiation, and proactive issue resolution.
- Bring extensive Project/Program experience and a proven track record in leading large-scale information system projects within complex, high-performing organisations.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing large, diverse teams—driving performance and fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
