  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the procurement and asset management industry particularly in providing a tendering, contracting, and sourcing service in a large complex organisation
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the risks associated with tendering and contracting and ensuring the service acts with integrity and probity
  4. Demonstrated high level of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
  5. Demonstrated sound time management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines within defined resources ensuring targets are met
  6. Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a high performing team with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff
  7. Highly competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
  8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required.
