  1. Relevant clinical tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in clinical product management, procurement, health management or equivalent experience working in a Health Service Organisation.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of how Health Services operate and how procurement policies apply in public health organisations pertaining to procurement decisions in operational health environments.
  3. Experience in leading and coordinating change management and risk management activities.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft Excel and Financial Management Information Systems, such as Oracle.
  5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Highly developed organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  7. Excellent analytical skills including demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information from various sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
