ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary role of the Content Manager System Support Analyst is to provide day-to-day system administrative support for Content Manager, the NSW Ambulance Records Management System and the inReach workflow system.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in supporting and maintaining electronic records management systems
  • Ability to develop training materials and manuals for staff as well as deliver training sessions
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent computing, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in liaising with internal teams and external vendors, and staying up to date with legislative requirements and best practice standards in records management
