We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined processes of the internal consultancy model.
- Maintain the Consultancy Dashboard and support reporting processes to support effective decision-making.
- Provide support to consultancy projects evidence gathering tasks such as managing survey setup in online survey platforms and interview scheduling.
- Oversee effective document management, ensuring secure storage, compliance with relevant policies, and efficient retrieval of electronic and paper records.

What you will be doing
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) has a growing internal 'consultancy' model with a focus on evaluation; economic modelling and business cases; data analysis and dynamic simulation modelling; literature reviews; and stakeholder consultations. It is expected that this scope will evolve over time.
The Consultancy Officer plays a key role in supporting the consultancy model by maintaining robust processes from project scoping to delivery, coordination and reporting of the model via a PowerBI dashboard. The Consultancy Officer will also provide support to discrete consultancy projects where needed. This will include supporting project governance processes, setting up online surveys or scheduling interviews with an opportunity to further expand to other evidence gathering tasks.

Remuneration: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum excluding Superannuation

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of professional executive services at a senior level in a complex environment.
- Proven expertise in completing tasks to deadline with limited supervision, close attention to detail, personal accountability and ability to act on constructive feedback.
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools such as REDCap (online survey tool) and Power BI to support the efficient delivery of project operations and reporting.
- Advanced oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative approach, and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
