HealthOne Quirindi is seeking a passionate Community Registered Nurse to provide essential nursing services, with a primary focus on wound management, for eligible Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients in Quirindi and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work within a combined clinic-based model and home visiting service, ensuring the best outcomes for community patients. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll be delivering patient-centred, comprehensive care while enjoying a supportive and friendly work environment.

Nestled in the beautiful Liverpool Plains, Quirindi is known as the ‘nest in the hills,’ offering a peaceful, welcoming lifestyle with stunning landscapes, rolling green pastures, and vibrant sunflower fields. Located less than an hour from Tamworth, it’s the perfect place to enjoy rural life while making a meaningful impact.

You'll receive full orientation to the service, specific clinical pathways, and ongoing support from the Tamworth Community Health Wound Management Nurse Practitioner, who provides additional guidance for complex cases and outreach clinics.


What You'll Bring 
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

  • Experience in community nursing and wound management.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Strong commitment to patient-centred care and health promotion.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
