Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Current Class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent
- Relevant and recent post graduate experience working in a community setting with the adult aged and disabled population
- Demonstrated experience in prescription of equipment and home modifications.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability in time management skills and in managing a busy caseload
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
