The first step is to submit your resume and your answers to the following selection criteria:

  1. Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

  2. Demonstrated recent experience providing clinical care to young people with significant mental health and/or drug and alcohol concerns, including the provision of solution focused approaches.

  3. Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent development issues affecting adolescent health.

  4. Demonstrated experience of collaborating with Government, Non Government departments and/or community services with an extensive knowledge of local resources and services for information and referral of young people and families.

  5. Demonstrated ability to function successfully as a member of a multidisciplinary team with an ability to organise and prioritise workload autonomously.

  6. Clear effective communication that supports and promotes service integrity demonstrated through written and verbal communication skills that are positive and culturally sensitive.

  7. Demonstrated proficiency in operating computer and data collection systems.

  8. Current unrestricted NSW Drivers License and valid current Working with Children Check Certificate (please provide registration number).
