The Impact You Will Have

Join a supportive and growing team working on exciting clinical trials across the Mid North Coast Local Health District. We are looking for candidates with a nursing or science background—no previous clinical trials experience is required, as full training will be provided.

We are seeking passionate motivated individuals to work onsite at either Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie Hospital. The positions are full time however we welcome applications from those seeking part time arrangements. A degree of flexibility is provided with working hours ranging between business hours 8am-5pm.

In this dynamic role, you will be involved in all aspects of clinical trial delivery, including patient recruitment, follow-up care, and coordination of trial activities. You’ll work closely with clinicians, study sponsors, and participants to ensure high-quality, ethical, and efficient trial operations. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, organisational skills, and a patient-focused approach. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong professional networks while contributing to meaningful clinical research.



Success and Support

We’re looking for someone who is IT-savvy, flexible, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a great understanding of ethics and confidentiality.
A background in nursing, science, or allied health is highly valued, full training is provided over 4–6 weeks, and we actively encourage applicants who are new to clinical trials to apply!



Essential Requirements 

Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Nursing, Science, Health Science

  • This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
