About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of St Vincent's Centre for Applied Medical Research (AMR) providing patient-focused pathology collection for participants enrolled in clinical trials and a range of associated clinical trials support activities.

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Clinical Research Assistant (Pathology Collector) who possess a passion for person centred care. We welcome applications from people who are able to meet the requirements of the selection criteria.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Hold Certificate III Pathology Collections qualifications with previous experience with venepuncture and associated pathology processes.
3. Demonstrated customer focus, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinical and support staff.
4. Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to maintain high quality work output under pressure.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
